During the mid-to-late twentieth century the Manitoba Club was known to possess one of the finest private wine cellars in Western Canada. Since that time, the Club has continued with its wine culture development to the delight of our Members. Currently, the Club lists in excess of 235 wines by the bottle many of which are sourced specifically for the Club's cellar. Add to that a wine-by-the-glass program consisting of eight different selections that change from time to time to better represent the evolving tastes of our Members.

The Manitoba Club also offers premium, privately labeled, Club wines that are sourced directly from the vineyards and Chateaux that are responsible for their production. At this time, the Club is proudly pouring two exceptional representations from producers in France: Dopff et Irion Crystal d'Alsace Sylvaner and Domaine des Frigoulières Syrah.

The Club's wine program does not stop at simply cellaring and pouring exceptional representations and vintages. Our resident Sommelier and oenophile, Domer Rafael ISG, offers wine appreciation courses known around the membership as "The Wine Club". Each regionally specific seminar offers an educational component focusing on the area's terroir and viniculture, and includes a tasting of between 8 and 12 representative varietals. This exclusive benefit of membership reinforces the Club's commitment to expanding our Members palates and overall understanding of fine wines.
